This is following the launch of the software development kit for Google Assistant, which gave developers the ability to incorporate this service into third-party hardware. Nicknamed AIY Projects (Artificial Intelligence Yourself), this voice kit consists of a loudspeaker, microphone, button style arcade machines, carton box, HAT expansion board, cables, and various other components. Voice HAT, which stands for Hardware Accessory on Top, allows the user, for example, to ask the weather, among other questions. Through these components, a small box is built where everything is functional. When you’re done, just click the button or clap your hands to launch Google Assistant. It is important to note that this kit was designed and tested for the Raspberry Pi 3 B model, which will have to be purchased separately.
