Apparently, the creators of this keyboard are not satisfied with going in the shadow of the Google keyboard and want to expand horizons. That’s why they are already preparing the SwiftKey keyboard jump to Windows 10. Obviously, we are talking about Windows 10 devices with touch screen and virtual keyboard, that is, tablets and 2 in 1 convertibles that allow typing with the on-screen keyboard. Currently, there are quite a few devices of this type available in the market, although thanks to the rise of Chromebooks and the strength of some iPads among the youngest, the future prospects of Windows in this regard are somewhat worse than a few years ago. At the moment Swiftkey is still in the testing phase and can only be installed by those who are part of the Microsoft Insider program and who have installed the latest build of the operating system, Redstone 5. It is expected that when it is finally ready for its final release, the tech giant Microsoft will allow it to be included in the virtual store, one of the great bets of this company for the future of its main desktop operating system. What is still to be confirmed is whether SwiftKey can be synchronized in Windows 10 with the mobile through the Google account, which makes the suggestions and the auto-corrector much better.
